Organic Spelt Flour

Our organic spelt berries are thoughtfully sourced from Central Milling and milled fresh the same day as pickup or delivery. Spelt has a naturally sweet, nutty flavor and a more delicate gluten structure than modern bread wheat, making it especially lovely in rustic breads, sourdough, pancakes, muffins, cookies, cakes and pastry. Handle dough gently and avoid overmixing.
