Organic Spelt Berries

Our organic whole spelt berries are thoughtfully sourced from Central Milling. Spelt has a naturally sweet, nutty flavor and a more delicate gluten structure than modern bread wheat. Mill fresh at home for rustic breads, sourdough, pancakes, muffins, cookies, cakes and pastry; coarsely mill for a warm bowl of cream of spelt; or cook the berries whole for grain bowls, soups and salads.
