Organic Soft White Wheat Flour

Our organic soft white wheat berries are thoughtfully sourced from Central Milling and milled fine, slow and cool the same day as pickup or delivery. Naturally low in protein, soft white wheat has a mild, lightly sweet flavor and delicate structure, making it especially lovely in biscuits, cakes, cookies, pancakes, muffins, pie crusts, quick breads and pastry. We leave it completely unsifted, keeping the whole grain intact.
