Organic Heritage Bread Blend

Organic, freshly-milled same day heritage bread flour blend. Mix of hard red wheat, spelt, and einkhorn. This one can be a little tricky! Might not be suitable for beginner, or easily-deterred bakers. But regardless of what you create, it will get better each time and will always be nutrient-packed and in our opinion, worth the learning curve. Unsifted.

*Fresh flour usually absorbs more liquid, and more slowly, than commercial flour. It is also prone to overworking the dough, so when in doubt we like to leave ours covered and check back in 15 or so minutes.
