Actually, this is our first rodeo...
We launched this small family business in the spring of 2026, after a decade of exploring food-based healing and slow, from-scratch cooking. We invested in our mill in January of 2025 and have spent the last year and a half learning the art of something we've become so passionate about. Whether it's the finished product you're interested in, or adding a milling setup to your own kitchen, we'd love to share with you what we've learned. Our company's primary value is that of transparency - we will always be honest with you, and would be so grateful if you gave us the same feedback.
