Organic, milled fresh to order hard red wheat flour. Unsifted. Hard white wheat’s nuttier and more robust counterpart, this hard red flour is definitely more “whole wheat” leaning. We love it in our heritage blends but it is also a wonderful standalone flour to use in all things artisan bread, pizza dough, bagels, pretzels - you name it!
